Teen Etiquette
Please call Escape to book and reserve your Spa Party date. A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Booking at least 4 weeks in advance is recommended to secure your best choice of appointment times and dates.
Minimum Age Requirements
Escape welcomes Tweens, between the ages of 6-12 and Teens between the ages of 13-16 years old, for Spa Parties. Because so many of our guests come to the Salon for other services, our spa environment is unsuitable for children under 5 years including infants..
Arrival
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the party or service start time to give yourself or your party time to choose colours etc and put on spa robes. To avoid disappointment, please be on time. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment/party time.
Confirmation
Escape’s Spa Coordinator will contact you 7 days prior to the Spa Party to confirm attendees. Parents will be charged based on the final number of attendees provided at this point regardless if it is less than the attendees on the day
Food and Beverages
Cup Cakes and Pink Lemonade is provided for all Tween and Teen Spa Parties. We are sorry but NO other outside food apart from a Birthday Cake is permitted.
Cancellations
Spa Party bookings require 5 day cancellation notice not to incur a penalty, otherwise $100 cancellation and administrative fee will be charged. Confirmation of guests will be 5 days prior to party. If a child is sick on the day, or doesn’t attend party, payment is still required.
Tween and Teen Spa Environment
Please help us reserve a tranquil environment by lowering voices and turning off mobile phones. Mobile phones and video cameras are not permitted in the Spa area. Our staff will let you know where photos can be taken. As there are other treatments taking place in the Salon, we ask that parents are aware that it is a “drop off party”. One parent MUST supervise the party at ALL times.
Adult Supervision
Adult Supervision is required at all spa parties, however we do allow ONLY 2 adults to stay for the party. Please respect the Spa Environment and its policies or your party may be asked to leave. IT IS A DROP OFF PARTY, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please let your guest know in advance by putting DROP OFF PARTY ONLY on invitations.
