Spa Etiquette
When should I arrive at escape?
We recommend you arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your treatment. This will give you time to relax and unwind and help keep treatments on schedule. If this is your first visit please allow enough time before your treatment starts to fill in any relevant details.
What if I’m late?
We operate a busy salon and our appointments are precious. We endeavour to accommodate all our clients so please respect our time. If you arrive late, we will finish your treatment on time as not to inconvenience our next client, however our fee remains the same.
Appointments…
We encourage our clients to schedule appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Bookings made on the day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, subject to availability. Bookings over 60 min require a 50% deposit, or valid credit card or gift card number. A refund is only valid if 24 hrs notice is given for rescheduling or cancellation. All treatment times are approximate and incorporate consultation time.
We apply a 10% surcharge to Saturday appointments. This excludes wedding makeup.
Cancellations…
We greatly appreciate 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Because your services are guaranteed appointments reserved for you, last minute cancellations and no-shows may incur a 50% fee. Booking an appointment with us is an acknowledgement of these terms.
We do not accept emails or sms for cancellation purposes.
Your time…
Your time with us is all about you. We want you to experience pure bliss, so whether it is the music, the amount of pressure in your massage or the room temperature, please let us know. For your complete relaxation and the comfort of others we ask that you turn your mobile phone off prior to service.

My product is unsuitable for my skin. What now?
Not a problem. Come back to the salon and give us the opportunity to further analyse your skin. We endeavour to recommend a product which will be suitable for your skin.
